About Us

Project Renovate is a CSR initiative of Property Pete Real Estate Limited, a company duly registered in Nigeria to execute real estate projects such as construction. Inspiriation came for this program from over 10 years of executing new builds and renovation of homes and offices for clients, seeing how it better improved the productivity and comfort thereafter, it became our goal to do same for family/businesses that cannot afford it but direly need this service. Further inspiration came from watching such shows as DIY SOS (https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006pnjk where one is met with a surge of emotions and excitement at the final unveiling of finished homes and  families get to have a new home- as well as a new lease on life. After mulling over and sharing the idea with friends and partners for over three years, coupled with the hardship experienced in 2020 in the course of lockdown the world over due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Project Renovate was born in 2021.

Sign-up is for Home owners, whose property needs renovations and volunteers who want to contribute their time in achieving various projects.

To avoid a situation where we complete home revamps and property owners either increase rent of houses for tenants or give them quit notice.
